FANCY investing in three flats that could earn you almost £18,000 a year?
Located in High Street, Street, they are going to auction with a freehold guide price of £120,000 plus.
Land and property auctioneers Clive Emson says they form part of a terraced property at 8-12 High Street comprising five flats and a newsagent.
Two of the flats and the newsagent have already been sold off on long leases.
Clive Emson says the remaining three flats deliver a joint return of £17,796 per annum.
Senior auction appraiser Audrey Smith said: “This is a ready-made investment for portfolio landlords with the benefit of an immediate return from three flats on assured shorthold tenancies.
“It may also interest builder developers with a conversion project in mind, subject to the necessary consents.”
The three flats each have one bedroom and are let at £560pcm, £600 pcm and £323 pcm – equating to £2,384 pcm or £17,796 per annum.
The property is being auctioned in arrangement with Tor Estates of Glastonbury.
The online auction ends on Thursday, July 28.
