TAUNTON Classic Motorcycle Club’s charity Exmoor Run ride, known as the Exmoor Run is back after a two-year absence.
The event, taking place on Sunday, August 14, has been a mainstay of the classic bike calendar in the South West since 1992, attracting riders from across the country on classic machines.
Starting near Taunton, the 110-mile route will take riders to the West Somerset coast, with a coffee stop, before heading south through Exmoor National Park to a pit stop in Dulverton.
After lunch, they follow an alternative route back to Taunton, where a charity raffle and more refreshments will close the day.
The beneficiaries this year are Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and Freewheelers Blood Bikes.
Awards across a variety of classes will be presented at the end for pre-2000 bikes online, with pre-booked tickets only - no on the day entries.
Ticket numbers are limited to so first come, first served.
For details and tickets, go to eventbrite.co.uk and search for 'Exmoor Run'.
