A SECTION of road 100 metres long will be closed to traffic for 24 hours a day for three weeks.
The temporary closure takes place on Nethercott Lane, Lydeard St Lawrence, between Monday, August 15, and Monday, September 5.
The road will be closed in the lane from 140 metres from the junction with Combe Tower Lane north eastwards for 100 metres.
It will allow Somerset Highways to carry out drainage works.
The works promoter is responsible for contacting residents and businesses to discuss access arrangements.
