STATUS Quo frontman Francis Rossi is being interviewed in local radio later this month.
He will be joining the ToneFM team on air in their latest 'In Conversation With...' from 9.30am on Friday, September 16.
The interview follows on from previous guests such as Paul Carrack, Nell Bryden, Anne Cleeves and folk star Kate Rusby.
The show will not only feature some great Quo anecdotes and stories, but it takes place on the day the rocking legends release their newest album 'Quo-ing in - The Best Of The Noughties'.
The new album is the sound of a band rediscovering their mojo and is shot through with a sense of fun and that irresistible Quo gang mentality.
Station director Patch Jobson is thrilled to welcome Rossi on air, and hopes it can continue ToneFM’s refreshed approach to finding the best guests possible for the county town's community radio station.
He said: “Having Francis join us on the station for the morning is going to be great.
"We’re looking forward to catching up with him, having a delve back into the past of Quo, whilst also finding out a little more about the new album and their forthcoming tour."
