POLICE are concerned about the welfare of a missing 16-year-old from Bradford-on-Tone, a village near Taunton and Wellington.
Officers have shared an appeal online for the public's help to find Jayden, who was last seen on Monday night (September 21).
She could be near Taunton but also has links to Yeovil, London and Surrey.
Anyone with information about Jayden's location has been urged to contact the police.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "Jayden was last seen on Monday night, November 21, and we're concerned for her welfare.
"She's white and about 5ft 8ins tall with wavy shoulder-length brown hair (but also wears wigs).
"Jayden might still be in the Taunton area or may have travelled to Yeovil, London or Surrey.
"If you know where Jayden is, please call 999 quoting reference number 5222280465, or call 101 with any other information."
