Roadworks across Somerset being carried out this week

AN investigation is being carried out today (Monday, December 5) into a sink hole in a Taunton street.

The work is among 14 road schemes starting at some stage this week in Somerset.

The works and their starting days include.

MONDAY, DECEMBER 5.

Coat Road, Martock, lasting 15 days, drainage scheme.

Canns Lane, Puriton, 15 days, drainage scheme.

Two Tower Lane, Barwick, maintenance on trees, 15 days.

Anchor Hill, Coleford, various works, five days.

Pitten Street to Quarry Lane, Leigh on Mendip, ash trees removal, five days.

Dancing Hill, North Petherton, replace broken drain pipe, five days.

Ruishton Lane, Ruishton, varios works, five days.

Hollowell Hill, West Chinnock, drainage works, five days.

Albemarle, Taunton, sink hole investigation, three days.

Rodway, Cannington, various works, two days.

Clayhanger Lane, Wadeford, repair works, one day.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6.

Beer Drove, High Ham, reconstruction works, one day.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7,

Hewish Lane, West Crewkerne, resurfacing, one day.

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8.

Vessies Lane, Pitney, resurfacing, one day.
