TAUNTON'S newest steakhouse is set to open later this week.
Miller and Carter Taunton, located on Ilminster Road will open its doors officially on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
The company were initially set to open on November 24, however unforseen delays meant the opening was pushed back to this month.
They state: "At Miller & Carter we know a thing or two about steak. In fact, we could say that we're one of the best steakhouses in Taunton. But we'd rather leave that to your judgement."
Permission was granted for the extensive alterations at the site earlier last month.
Mitchells and Butlers are converting the premises, which was a Toby Carvery, into the steakhouse.
The restaurant is already taking bookings for Christmas.
It said: "We are offering you the chance to celebrate Christmas Day in style with our indulgent 5 course menu.
