THE owners of a Taunton shop selling sex toys and lingerie has applied for permission to renew its sex establishment licence.
Anyone who wishes to object to the application for the Simply Pleasure outlet in Station Road has until Friday, January 27 to do so.
The company, which is based in Ringwood, submitted its application to Somerset West and Taunton Council on December 30.
It plans to operate the shop from 9am to 6pm Mondays to Wednesdays and Saturdays and 9am to 6.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
Anyone who wishes to object to the application should do so in writing to The Licensing Manager, Somerset West and Taunton Council. PO Box 866, Taunton TA1 9GS, giving reasons for their opposition.
