TAUNTON Town picked up an impressive win on Tuesday, but that doesn't change the fact that the side has endured a poor run over the last two months.
Their last win was on March 4, away at Tonbridge Angels, and since then there has been three losses and a draw.
This weekend, Taunton make the 400 plus mile round trip to take on Braintree Town.
It too, will be a difficult match as Braintree sit in fifth place in the National League South.
Taunton now lie in 19th place and still have at least three games in hand over all the sides in the division.
That being said, they remain only three points clear of the drop zone.
Dave Sims-Burgess could be expected to make a return to the starting lineup after missing last Saturday's game and then resting on the bench on Tuesday.
He adds an extra element of urgency to the Peacocks forward line and the team, has historically, done well when he starts.
The match kicks off at 3pm on Saturday.
