WE thought you might like to see these two drone images of new communities in the area.

The aerial images showcase the construction of David Wilson Homes’ Nerrols Grange development in Taunton and Moorland Gate in Bishops Lydeard with the view from above capturing the semi-rural locations of the two sites.

Both developments are surrounded by six acres of green open space with uninterrupted views of the nearby countryside, with some overlooking the Quantock Hills.

Louise Ware, sales director for Barratt David Wilson Homes South West, said: “The drone images provide a unique perspective of these two developments, highlighting the scale of the projects and the progress we’ve made so far.

"It gives a fresh new look at these vibrant new communities, so it’s easy for potential buyers to see the semi-rural lifestyle they could enjoy with a move to Nerrols Grange or Moorland Gate.”

David Wilson Homes is currently offering Part Exchange Xtra at Nerrols Grange and Moorland Gate.

The developer will arrange two independent valuations of the current home, agree a fair selling price and nominate a local agent who will manage all viewings and enquiries.

If the house doesn’t sell or no offer is made eight weeks before the new property is ready, David Wilson Homes will buy the existing one at the agreed offer price. And if an offer made on the open market which is higher than the part exchange valuation offer, this sum is passed to the buyer.

Buyers can also receive a range of financial help, with support worth up to £24,250 towards a deposit, mortgage payments or moving and running costs on selected properties if they complete before June 30. Flooring is also included on selected plots.

A range of four and five bedroom homes are currently available at Nerrols Grange, currently priced from £440,000, which includes on-site allotments, a play area, a primary school and a nursery. The development is a 15-minute walk to local schools, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Moorland Gate is within walking distance of schools and pubs. Three and four bedroom homes are currently available with prices starting from £300,000.
