A WILLITON man has been banned from driving after testing positive for drugs while behind the wheel.
Oliver Lee Milsom, 28, of The Croft, Williton, pleaded guilty to the offence of drug driving when he appeared at North and East Devon Magistrates' Courts.
The court heard that he gave the positive test after being stopped while driving a BMW on the M5 northbound at Exeter.
Milsom was fined £115 and ordered to pat a £46 victim surcharge and £85 towards prosecution costs.
He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.
He received no separate penalty after also admitting possession of cannabis
The offences took place on last year.
