THE Wurzels are coming to Taunton this Friday night (August 11) for a performance at Somerset County Cricket Club.
On Friday August 11 the legendary Wurzels will be playing live at the Cooper Associates County Ground for Members and ticket holders.
The performance will be in the new and improved fan village after the One Day Cup match against Sussex Sharks.
The Wurzels are the quintessential Somerset band and they will be bring you all their hits that night, including “Blackbird”, which has a special place in Somerset cricket fans' hearts.
As well as The Wurzels coming to town, the cricket club are also hosting a family fun day later this month.
Family Fun Day returns on August 20 for the One-Day Cup match against Glamorgan and the club has promised this year it will be bigger and better than ever.
Throughout the day there will be children’s entertainment for Members and ticket holders within our safe and secure new fan village, which will be tailored to ensure that children and families have a brilliant day out.
