THE A39 has now reopened.
A ROAD traffic collision this morning (Thursday, September 7) is causing delays on a main road in West Somerset.
The incident has taken place on the A39 between Washford and Washford Cross.
The road westbound is blocked and congestion is building. It has later been reported that the road ha been clsed in both directions.
Buses of Somerset says the incident is causing delays to its 28 and 15 services.
A social media post from the bus operator says: "There has been a incident between Washford and Washford Cross.
"This is going to Cause delays to the 28 and the 15.
"Please bear with us and we will get buses to you as soon as we can."
