CHILDREN at a nursery in Taunton recently celebrated their "graduation" ahead of moving on to primary school education.
Kiddi Caru Day Nursery have made an annual tradition of their pupils last day at nursery, creating special memories for parents and children alike.
This year the children celebrated their graduation with games, music, food and cake.
Each child received a graduation certificate, which they collected wearing traditional graduation gowns and mortarboard caps.
Emma Trott, Nursery Manager for Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Taunton, said: “It’s always bittersweet to see the preschool children leave for their next steps, attending primary school.
"They will be missed by us all, but we are so proud to see how far they have come and wish them the best of luck for their next step in life.”
Kiddi Caru Day Nursery will host an open day on Saturday October 7 for parents looking to enrol their children.
The open day will provide the opportunity for families to see the nursery’s fully-equipped playrooms and outdoor spaces, ask questions, and see the inclusive environment that "encourages curiosity, laughter and learning".
Bookings for the open day can be made on the Grandir UK website.
