A SKULL has been stolen from a shop on Glastonbury's High Street.
Police were called after a shop had its window smashed early Friday morning (September 15).
The fake skull, which is thought to be "valuable", was stolen from a display.
Officers are urging anyone who may have any further information about the theft to come forward.
Posting on Facebook, a spokesperson from the Mendip Neighbourhood Policing team said: "Early Friday morning 15 September, police were called to a shop on Glastonbury High Street, where a window had been smashed and a skull stolen from the display.
"This is a valuable item, if you have any information regarding the theft or someone offers it to you, please get in touch with us on 101, or in confidence via Crimestoppers; 0800 555 111.
"The crime reference number is 5223224416."
