A THIRTEEN-year-old in Taunton has been made the subject of an anti-social behaviour injunction.
The youngster, who cannot be named for legal reasons, received the six-month injunction at a hearing in the youth court in the county town.
It includes an order to attend appointments, meetings or activity programmes as arranged by the Youth Justice Team or other professionals.
Under the terms of the injunction, the teenager is prohibited from:
- being in company with any of five named people in a public place in Taunton unless involved in a supervised group activity;
- entering any shop or business premises in Taunton without an appropriate adult;
- shouting, swearing or spitting at other people;
- intimidating or threatening to hurt other people;giving false details to the police;
- acting in such a way as to cause obstruction or disruption to officers when they are engaging with members of the community.
