THE sun shone and the music played at Nynehead Court’s fete.
Visitors browsing the many stalls were entertained by music from The Sundaes and wonderful baton-twirling performances from Wellington Majorettes.
They were also able to admire the display of vintage cars, which were glinting in the autumn sunshine.
The event raised just over £600 for the Residents’ Amenity Fund, with a donation also being made to Nynehead Church.
Home manager Joanne Fenn said: “We would like to thank everyone who attended our fete, either as a visitor or stallholder.
"We are especially grateful to Wellington Majorettes and The Sundaes for the wonderful entertainment.
"We couldn’t have wished for better weather."
