POLICE are appealing to anyone who may have dashcam or mobile phone footage of a fail to stop collision at Beckington Services.
The collision between a black 2008 Vauxhall Astra and a van took place between 12pm and 1pm on Friday, October 20.
The car then left the scene.
A 20-year-old man was arrested for failing to stop. He was then further arrested for dangerous driving and possession of an offensive weapon.
He has since been released on bail.
Anyone who saw the collision or may have relevant footage can call 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5223256798, or complete an online appeals form.
