A Taunton car dealer is transforming drivers' journeys, adding Prime Video and YouTube apps to its entertainment systems.

Vertu Volvo Taunton, a retailer located on Priory Way, has expanded the in-car app library it will provide drivers of its Google-integrated vehicles, now including a diverse range of entertainment options.

The free of charge additions aim to make ride waiting periods more enjoyable.

Journey stoppages can now become moments of leisure, even allowing drivers a quiet break away from everyday life.

The apps offer access to a wide variety of music and films from their online versions, in a convenient in-car hub.

The safety of drivers and passengers remains paramount as the video streaming is only available when the vehicle is stationary.

Andrew Hooper, Sales Manager at Vertu Volvo Taunton, said: "We’re delighted to be offering in-car Prime Video and YouTube to Taunton drivers.

"We’re sure those stoppages in your journey will now be the most eagerly anticipated element of any trip."

Note that the app subscriptions are not included.
