The Cheddar Valley Inn, in Tucker Street, is available at an asking price of £3,000 on a five-year agreement with Red Oak Taverns, according to BusinessesForSale.com.
The annual rent is £12,000, with the first month rent free, while there is a potential free of tie opportunity.
There is seating for 40 customers and 20 standing in the single bar, wet led operation.
