A WATER-damaged home near Langport is being auctioned on a guide price of £380,000-plus.
Orchard Rise, in North Street, Drayton, is among 149 lots listed across southern England and South Wales by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
Audrey Smith, a senior auction appraiser at the firm, said: “The four-bedroom vacant property requires internal refurbishment, having suffered water damage.
“Orchard Rise sits on a superb plot with a large mature garden, which extends to 0.33 acres, ample parking and a double garage.
“Drayton is a sought-after village location situated less than three miles west of Langport where there are many local amenities.
“The A303 and larger towns are close by and there may be potential for extension of the existing property to provide a stunning family home, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.”
Of the 149 lots listed, 59 are vacant residential, 37 investment, 26 commercial, 14 development and 13 land.
The auction ends on December 13, with live bidding 48 hours beforehand.
