THE Mendip Neighbourhood Policing team has helped to put the boarding back up on Frome's HSBC Bank after squatters entered the premises.
The PC beat manager and PCSO Louise worked alongside the land owner and police response units to make the building safe and secure again.
All relevant parties were informed before the boards were put up.
Posting on Facebook, a spokesperson from the Mendip Neighbourhood Policing team said: "Frome neighbourhood beat team were able to work along side our response units and land owners in getting HSBC Bank boarded up again!
"PC Beat Manager and PCSO Louise were able to work along with the land owners in getting the boarding up of this building due to squatters entering the premises.
"Once all relevant parties were informed and involved the building was secured and made safe for the property owner."
