Nynehead Court kicked off its festive celebrations with a Christmas wreath-making workshop.
The event saw residents and locals gather in the Orangery and was led by activities co-ordinator, Helen Hill.
Ms Hill, a finalist in the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards and formerly a florist, shared her expertise, guiding attendees in crafting wreaths and table centrepieces.
Home manager Joanne Fenn said: "Our Orangery is the perfect setting for a creative workshop, and we were delighted to host this event.
"The wreaths and centrepieces look fantastic!"
The residents ended the night with drinks and nibbles before taking their DIY decorations home.
