YEOVIL College has been named in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2023.
The index, published by the National Centre for Diversity, aims to celebrate employers that go above and beyond to make people of all backgrounds and abilities feel welcome and valued.
The Mudford Road college has said it is "delighted" to have been named in position 43.
A spokesperson from Yeovil College said: "We are delighted that recently we secured a position within the top 50 employers in the prestigious National Centre for Diversity's (NCFD) ‘Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2023.’
"Joining the top 100 in position 43, we join a group of a few elite UK-wide colleges to make the group.
"This award recognises Yeovil College’s dedication and commitment to embedding Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement (FREDIE), as we strive to place these values at the core of our college community."
