A NEW development of 30 business/warehouse units is under construction in Frome.

The work is being carried out at Commerce Park, Frome, by Rockhaven Developments Ltd and the units are being marketed by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.

Commerce Park is located on the A361 Frome bypass.

The units are being offered for sale freehold and will be available in four sizes - 1125 sq ft, 1500 sq ft, 2000 sq ft and 2250 sq ft, with prices starting from £175,000.

Myddelton & Major’s managing partner Philip Holford said: "This exciting new development is a great opportunity for small to medium businesses to establish themselves in a highly accessible, strategic location.

"With 30 per cent of the units already sold, it demonstrates buyers' confidence in Commerce Park and the Rockhaven product."

Rockhaven’s managing director Nick Dowdeswell said: "The development of the business centre is excellent news for the local economy and will create new jobs in Somerset.

"This is our seventh speculative development at Commerce Park, all of which have been successfully sold and let to owner occupiers, investors and tenants, many of whom continue to grow their business on the park."

Commerce Park occupiers benefit from on-site facilities including the Premier Inn Hotel, Frome Flyer Family Pub, Shell Service Station with Budgens Convenience Store, Greggs and Subway.
