THE RAF Red Arrows will be at Somerset Armed Forces Day and will fly over Vivary Park in Taunton.
The event, which will be free to attend, will take place in July.
A message shared by Somerset Armed Forces Day on social media read: “Come and see RAF Red Arrows at Somerset Armed Forces Day on July 6, 2024, in Vivary Park, Taunton. This is a fantastic free fun day for all the family.
”We’re supporting ArmedForcesDay to show our appreciation for the brave men and women who put their country before themselves to protect our way of life.”
Last year, the event took take place on July 1 and involved the Red Arrows and The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight which were visible in Taunton from a crowded Vivary Park.
More than 31,000 people attended the event last year, which also featured activities and entertainment throughout the day, including the all-terrain vehicle stunt team, cadet drills, and Viking battles.
