A HISTORIC village pub in a Somerset village has gone up for sale.
The Masons Arms in Williton, near Watchet, is currently on the market with a price tag of £650,000.
The 16th century Grade II listed building is steeped in history, and even has a beautiful thatched roof as well as retaining many of its other traditional features.
A spokesperson for businessesforsale.com said: "This attractive and traditional coaching inn is presented in first class order throughout and has been the subject of a comprehensive programme of upgrade and refurbishment over recent years, whilst retaining much of the original charm and character and many period features."
The 'well-regarded' inn boasts a main bar area with seating for over 30 people, a dining area with 22 seats, a restaurant for 26 or more, a well-equipped commercial catering kitchen with ancillary facilities, five purpose built and self-contained en-suite letting bedrooms, and a spacious family sized four bedroom with one en-suite.
It also boasts owners' accommodation with a sitting room, kitchen/dining room and a family bathroom.
Outside, there's parking for around 20 vehicles, lawned trade areas, and beer gardens to provide al fresco seating for up to 42 customers.
