BRITISH Transport Police have released a CCTV image following a racially motivated hate crime on board a train between Westbury and Taunton stations.
A woman had items thrown at her by a group of men. When she asked them to stop, one of the men used a vile racial slur offensive language and exposed himself.
The incident happened sometime between 8.30pm and 9pm on Sunday, January 28.
Officers would like to speak to the man in the image who they believe may have information that could help their investigation.
Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference number 2400011753 of 28 January.
Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
