A POPULAR folk singer claims she was 'shot in the face' with a BB gun whilst walking through a town in Somerset.
Northern Irish singer Cara Dillon took to X - formerly Twitter - to share news she was hit multiple times with BB gun pellets in Frome on Wednesday, June 5.
"Walking through Frome tonight I was shot in the face by a BB gun multiple times by someone from a passing vehicle, " she said.
"I’m ok but really, really shocked.
She added: "Avon and Somerset Police have been great. Be aware."
