UPDATE: A police statement issued on Thursday, June 20, reads: "We've some good news to share this morning - he was found safely yesterday afternoon. Thanks to all who shared our appeal and provided information."
A TEENAGE boy from Chard has been missing since Saturday, June 15, according to Avon and Somerset Police.
Segun, aged 16-years-old, is known to frequent the Bruton, Castle Cary, South Petherton, and Yeovil areas of Somerset, as well as Dorset.
Police say they have become concerned for his welfare.
Segun (pictured) is described as black, approximately five-foot-eleven inches tall, with short 'dreadlock style' hair which is shaved on the sides and is now slightly longer than in the photo.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police advised: "If you see Segun, please don't approach, but call 999 and provide the call handler with the reference 5224155014."
