A popular choir will perform a concert to raise funds for Somerset cancer research.
The Taunton Deane Male Voice Choir will perform at St James' Church on Saturday, March 22, at 7.30pm, with all proceeds going towards two clinical research projects at The Beacon Centre, Musgrove Park Hospital.
These projects, supported by the Cancer Research UK Taunton Group, are benefiting around 150 patients with prostate or ovarian cancer from Taunton, West Somerset, and East Devon.
The choir, led by conductor Nick Thomas, will perform several sets, with solo performances from Mr Thomas and accompanist Mike Wager.
Admission will cost £12.50, with wine, soft drinks and nibbles available at the interval.
Cancer Research UK Taunton Group is encouraging a large turnout for what they hope will be a memorable evening.
