Fresh figures have revealed the average time it takes to sell a home in areas with a Taunton postcode.
According to professional house-buying Property Solvers' speed of sale tool, it takes an average of 20.43 weeks to sell a property across the area.

Updated monthly, the latest dataset analysed more than 80 property sales across the region between March 2023 and March 2024.
The statistics track the moment a property is listed on the UK’s leading property portals to the point it’s marked as officially "sold" at the HM Land Registry.
Broken down across the town, properties were selling the fastest in Taunton (TA4), Taunton (TA2), and Taunton (TA3).
Across 'TA' postcodes in Somerset, TA11, in Somerton, stands out as a popular area with 28 properties sold in an average of 121 days.
Ruban Selvanayagam, of Property Solvers, said: “While we’re starting to see some noticeable improvements into 2024, the continued pressures on the mortgage sector and buyers' ability to secure the right kind of finance has resulted in delays with sales completing.
"Combined with the recognised ‘snail pace’ nature of the conveyancing process, it’s likely that these trends are likely to remain for some time.”
