A COUPLE from Somerset have started up their own business supporting fellow parents in Somerset.
Little Farmers playpark, which is located on-site at Sheppy's Cider Farm, near Taunton, officially opened its doors to the public this week, after months of hard work to craft the owners' vision.

Run by a local couple, Colette Neave and Dylan Durden, who both went to Kingsmead School, the pair decided to open Little Farmers to help provide an open-ended play experience, dedicated to providing nature-inspired play opportunities for children aged 0 to 10 years.
As Colette and Dylan are both parents, the main goal of Little Farmers is to create an engaging environment where children can explore and grow through outdoor activities designed by families, for families.

Kids will be offered a multi-sensory experience, giving them the chance to embrace the great outdoors whilst getting involved in messy play and crafts.
Colette spoke ahead of the opening day on May 5 about the Little Farmers' journey, she said: "I’ve held events for hundreds of people, but this time around I’m more nervous than ever. I hope everyone loves it as much as we do.
"From 0-100, as always, deciding on a concept at a soft play one day, to approaching and working with Sheppys a week later, it’s been insanely hectic, like everything else we do.
"Our vision has not only been brought to life, but beyond what we imagined.
"We hope to see lots of you here over the next few weeks/months to see it in the flesh and have as much fun here as our children have so far."
Colette has confirmed that the Little Farmers concept to completion took around six weeks in total, with partner Dylan and self-employed constructor, Jed Allen, playing a huge part in that.
Dylan said: "Think Mud Kitchens, Water Play, Potion Making, Planting Veggies, Role Play; and lots of messy, muddy fun.
"Our aim is to create an affordable, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through outdoor activities that are designed by families, for families.
"We'll be offering SEN sessions and are really trying to promote the importance of outdoor open-ended play in childhood and the long-term benefits it'll provide children."
You will be able to find Little Farmers at Sheppy's Cider Farm, with access currently requiring a booking.
