The History of Rock
A rock show celebrating the genre's history will be held in Taunton this weekend.
Taunton Brewhouse will host The History of Rock on Saturday, May 23.
The concert will feature music from Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, Queen, Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and The Who.
The show, which has been described as a "thrilling ride through the history of rock," will be led by a band made up of top musicians and performers from around the world.
The concert, which is suitable for all ages, begins at 7.30pm and lasts for two hours.

Teddy bear making workshop with Princess Aurora
Children can join Princess Aurora for a teddy bear-making workshop.
The enchanting event is set to take place at Premier Princess Parties in Taunton on Saturday, May 24, from 11am until 1pm.
Each child will start with a large 16-inch unicorn unstuffed bear, filling it with soft stuffing and a magical wishing heart.
After creating a birth certificate, children can enjoy drinks and a teddy naming ceremony.
Tickets for the magical experience are priced at £15 per child, with each ticket also admitting one adult.

Taunton Trail 10K and Half Marathon
Runners are getting ready for the Taunton Trail 10K and Half Marathon over the weekend.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, May 25, and will start at Taunton Rugby Football Club.
Participants will take on an ultra-flat course along Taunton's waterways, making it suitable for both new and experienced runners.
The event will offer awards for the top three male and female runners and a large medal for all participants.

Sara Pascoe: I Am A Strange Gloop
Sara Pascoe is bringing her new stand-up show to Taunton.
The comedian, known for appearances on Taskmaster and Live at the Apollo, will perform at Taunton Brewhouse on Sunday, May 25.

The show, described as a warm-up for her upcoming I Am A Strange Gloop national tour, explores the odd thoughts that occur in the middle of the night.
