A six-hour road closure is planned for remedial works in Ruishton.

Somerset Council has issued a temporary traffic regulation order for Coronation Close.

The closure will be in place on Monday, July 7 from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

It will affect the entire length of the road, from its junction with Bushy Cross Lane, covering a total distance of 105 metres.

The works are being carried out by R&R Services Devon on behalf of All Points Fibre Network.

There is no alternative route for traffic during the closure.

Residents and businesses affected by the works will be contacted directly by the works promoter to discuss access arrangements.
