A couple has won a prestigious award at Taunton Flower Show 2025.
Trisha and Chris Pardoe were crowned winners of the Ready Steady Garden competition, taking home the Cann Cup.
The show, a yearly highlight for gardening enthusiasts, saw many exhibitors win prizes across various divisions.

Monkton Elm Garden Centre was awarded the Bill Cridland Memorial Trophy for the best exhibit in the floral marquee, while CDS Orchids won the Tom Green Memorial Plate for the best display by a nursery or specialist society stand.
Paul Prettejohn Garden Machinery took home the Jim Harnell Trophy for the best non-horticultural trade stand, and Chard Plant & Garden Centre won the Beggars Roost Plants Cup for the best horticultural trade stand other than in the floral marquee.
Other notable winners include Graham Edwards, who won the Royal Horticultural Society's Banksian Medal for the most prize money in the horticultural classes, and Smeatharpe Allomentears, who took home the Sampson Memorial Trophy for the best exhibit in the Club Growing and Showing class.
In the flowers and pot plants division, Andy Ryall was a standout exhibitor, winning both the F C Spear Cup and the S J Farley Memorial Cup for gaining the most points in the cut flowers and pot plants classes.
In the novice gardeners division, Mike Williams was a strong performer, winning the Tom Nash Perpetual Trophy for gaining the most points in the division, as well as the Fred Leamon Perpetual Challenge Cup and the Cornish Dahlia Society Membership award.
In the young people’s division, Lani Clarke and Katie Fowle were notable winners, each taking home multiple trophies for their exhibits.
