A new film with Sir David Attenborough will screen in Minehead later this month.
The screening of Ocean at The Regal is set to take place on Thursday, September 25, at 7.30pm.
The film, which has a PG certificate, will feature exclusive theatrical footage.
The film explores the vital role of oceans in human survival, with Sir David Attenborough, in his hundredth year, sharing insights from his lifetime of ocean discovery.
The film's sequences, showing coral reefs, kelp forests, and the open ocean, highlight the importance of a healthy ocean for global stability.
The film also shows the challenges facing the ocean.
Sponsored by Our Precious Earth, the screening will be introduced by Keith Hunt of Our Precious Earth and Peter Hoyland of Plastic Free Exmoor.
For those interested, a Q&A session will follow the screening.
Tickets are available at £6, with concessions for Regal Film Society members, students, and ES40s at £4.
Tickets can be booked in advance online or at The Regal box office between 9.30am and 12pm.
The Regal bar will open for refreshments from 7pm.
