A WELL-KNOWN pop band is confirmed to play an upcoming gig in Somerset following an announcement.
Somerset venue, Cheese and Grain, confirmed that Scouting For Girls will perform there this Summer.
The band - made up of Roy Stride, Greg Churchouse and James Rowlands - will play in Frome on Sunday, June 28.

Pricing starts at £34 advance (+ standard service charge), with tickets available from Wednesday, March 25.

It's not the only time that Scouting For Girls will play in the county this year, with a scheduled performance at Summer Fest At The Beach.
Described as one of the UK’s "most successful pop bands of the past two decades", Roy Stride, Greg Churchouse, and Peter Ellard have sold more than two million records.
That includes four UK Top 10 singles, four Top 10 albums, more than a billion streams, four BRIT Award nominations and an Ivor Novello Award, their feel-good hits have become modern pop classics.
A spokesperson from Cheese and Grain took to social media to share the news: "Multi-platinum selling, billion-streamed pop-rock superstars Scouting For Girls bring their catalogue of generation-defining anthems to Frome for a special one-off headline show this summer.
