HERE are the latest Taunton offenders who have appeared in Taunton Magistrates’ Court.
Konrad Nowack, 54, of Taunton, pleaded guilty to making category B and category C indecent images of a child between May 5 2015, and June 19 2023.
Nowack was given a community order, ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months, and ordered to complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement days.
He is also subject to a notification requirement and a sexual harm prevention order which lasts until April 14 2031.
Nowack was also ordered to pay £85 in costs, and a surcharge of £114.
Ivan Lewis, 25, of Hornbeam Close, Taunton, pleaded guilty to drink-driving a motor vehicle, namely a grey Vauxhall Astra, on Lambrook Road, Taunton on March 13 2026.
Lewis was disqualified from driving for 19 months.
Lewis was ordered to pay £85 in costs, a fine of £120, and a surcharge of £48.
Shaun Pretty-Johns, 42, of Norton Fitzwarren, Taunton, who is on the sex offenders register, pleaded guilty for failing to complete his annual registration at a prescribed police station as required.

Wayne Gregory, 48, of Huish Champflower, Taunton, pleaded guilty to hunting a wild mammal with a dog at Chilton Trinity in Somerset on November 26 2025.
Gregory was ordered to pay £85 in costs, a surcharge of £100 and a fine of £250.
Leo Sydenham, 20, of Lyngford Road, Taunton, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volvo XC90 on High Street Car Park, Taunton, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license and without third party insurance on February 12 2026.
He is facing a disqualification period of six months and has received six points on his license.
Sydenham was ordered to pay £85 in costs, and a fine of £369.
Andrew Bullen, 57, of Milverton in Taunton, pleaded guilty to drink-driving a motor vehicle, namely a Honda CRV on Luckham Bridge Road.
Bullen is facing a disqualification of 12 months, and was ordered to pay costs of £85, a surcharge of £207, and a fine of £518.
