Sean Taylor, 60, of Moorland Place, Taunton, has pleaded guilty to persistently using a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another on December 7 of last year.
Taylor has been ordered to pay a fine of £120.
Samantha Clements, 31, of Honiton Road, Corfe, Taunton, was sentenced for speeding along the A358 in Henlade at 41 miles per hour on December 26 of last year.
Clements has been ordered to pay a surcharge of £80, £120 in costs, and a fine of £200.
Clements is also facing a disqualification period of 28 days.
James Parkin, 40, of Staplegrove Road, Taunton, pleaded guilty to damaging property belonging to the Avon and Somerset Police Constabulary, namely a custody cell door and surrounding area, with the value of the damage being under £5000.
Parkin is subject to a conditional discharge period of 12 months and must pay £250 in compensation.

Lynne Brown, 60, of Barn Meads Road, Wellington, was sentenced for driving along the A38 at West Huntspill at 35 miles per hour.
Brown has been ordered to pay £120 in costs, a surcharge of £106 and a fine of £266.
Brown has also been given three national penalty points and is disqualified from driving for six months.
Simon Gardiner, 48, of Cheddon Fitzpaine, Taunton, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis when asked to do so by police at Stone Lane, Yeovil, on May 5 of last year.
Gardiner has been ordered to serve a community order, which entails 180 hours of unpaid work.
Gardiner has also been disqualified from driving for a period of two years, which will be reduced by 182 days if a driving course is completed
Gardiner has also been ordered to pay £400 in costs and a surcharge of £114.
Samuel Brownhill, 21, of Wiviliscombe, Taunton, has been sentenced for speeding along the A38 at Chritchard Parkway, at the junction with Wordsworth Drive Taunton at 38 miles per hour on September 12 of last year.
Brownhill has been ordered to pay £120 in costs, a surcharge of £28 and a fine of £72.
Brownhill has been given three penalty points for this offence.
Christopher Franklin, 35, of Tamar Avenue, Taunton, was sentenced for speeding along the A371 Castle Hill, on Banwell Road at 35 miles per hour on October 9 of last year.
Franklin has been ordered to pay £120 in costs, a surcharge of £102 and a fine of £256.
Franklin has also received three penalty points for this offence.
