HERE are some of the latest Taunton and wider Somerset offenders who have appeared in Magistrates' Court this week.
Shaun McManus, 56, of Roman Road, Taunton, Somerset, pleaded guilty to wielding a knife in public in Roman Road, without good reason or lawful authority, on April 22 of this year.
The listings state on the same day McManus also criminally damaged a Renault Clio in Taunton by stabbing a tyre to the value of £57.
McManus has been sentenced to serve a community order, requiring he complete nine months of alcohol treatment, 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days, and the court has issued an order of deprivation for the knife.
McManus has been ordered to pay £85 in costs, a surcharge of £114, and £57 in compensation.
Lewis Bellinger, 33, of Hob Close, Bathpool, Taunton, pleaded guilty to drink-driving along Priory Bridge Road in Taunton on July 2 of this year.
Bellinger has been ordered to pay £85 in costs, a surcharge of £160, and a fine of £400.
Bellinger is also subject to a driving disqualification lasting 20 months, and reduced by 20 weeks if a driving course is completed.
Osameh Darabi, 19, of Walsall, pleaded guilty to driving along the Toneway in Taunton on June 7 of this year without insurance, and without a licence and for having 10 vials and one snap bag of cocaine in their possession in Taunton on the same day.
Darabi has received six penalty points for this offence and has been ordered to pay £85 in costs, a surcharge of £96, and a fine of £240.
The court has also ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the 10 vials and one snap bag of cocaine.

Ben Seaford, 38, of Milton Road, Taunton, pleaded guilty to having 36.6 grams of cannabis in his possession in Bridgwater on February 2 of this year.
Seaford has been ordered to pay a surcharge of £26 and has been conditionally discharged for a period lasting 12 months.
The court also ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the 36.6 grams of cannabis.
Kanice Euphema Lewis, 34, of Jurston Walk, Wellington, was sentenced for speeding along the A38 Wellington Bypass on July 9 of last year at 37 mph.
Lewis has been ordered to pay a surcharge of £28 and a fine of £72 and has received three penalty points for this offence.
Paul Sheppard, 54, of Bedminster, pleaded guilty to stealing various items jointly with another person (Gilbert Bray) to the value of £316.42 belonging to West Somerset Garden Centre, Mart Road, Minehead on May 8 of this year.
Sheppard has been ordered to pay £85 in costs and £158.21 in compensation.
Gilbert Bray, 60, of Knowle West, Bristol, pleaded guilty to stealing various items jointly with another person (Paul Sheppard) to the value of £316.42 belonging to West Somerset Garden Centre, Mart Road, Minehead on May 8 of this year.
Bray has been ordered to pay £85 in costs, £158.21 in compensation, and a fine of £160.
