Celebrities to take to the pitch in Taunton charity football match for Barnaby Webber Foundation

A star-studded charity football match featuring celebrities from television, sport and social media is set to take place in Taunton later this year to raise money for the Barnaby Webber Foundation.

The special event will be held at Taunton Town Football Club on Sunday, November 1, 2026, with kick-off scheduled for 3pm.

Organisers said the match will bring together a host of well-known faces for an afternoon of football, entertainment and fundraising, with proceeds supporting the Barnaby Webber Foundation.

Among the celebrity players confirmed so far are television personality Calum Best, former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne, EastEnders actors Ricky Groves and Dean Gaffney, and former England cricketer Monty Panesar.

They will be joined by a number of reality television and social media personalities, including Married at First Sight stars Divarni, John Shepherd, Bailey, Stephen Springett and Nathan Campbell, Love Island contestant Reuben Collins, Britain's Got Talent performer Finley Barrett Carter, former The Apprentice candidate Frederick Afrifa and internet personality Cal The Dragon.

Actor Joe Jackson, known for his role in The Business, is also part of the line-up.

Organisers have confirmed that more celebrity names are due to be announced ahead of the event.

General admission tickets cost £12 plus a booking fee, with under-twos admitted free of charge.

A VIP experience is also available for £25 plus a booking fee, giving fans the opportunity to meet at least 10 celebrity players on the pitch before the stadium opens to the public.

VIP ticket holders are asked to arrive at 12.45pm, while general admission doors open at 1.30pm.

Organisers are encouraging supporters to secure their tickets early, with strong demand expected.

They said the event would offer "a brilliant afternoon of celebrity football" while helping to raise vital funds for the Barnaby Webber Foundation.

Celebrity appearances are subject to work commitments.

Organisers have stated that tickets are non-refundable.
