More than 3,000 young people have attended Somerset Youth Hubs in the past year.
These free, weekly drop-in sessions are held in Bridgwater, Yeovil, and Taunton and are open to young people, parents, and carers.
They provide a welcoming space to talk about personal and community safety.
The hubs are delivered by Young Somerset in partnership with Avon and Somerset Police and funded by Somerset Council.
Cllr Heather Shearer, Somerset Council’s lead member for children, families and education, said: "The Somerset Youth Hubs are making a real difference by giving young people a welcoming place where they can be heard, supported and connected with the help they need.
"By listening to their experiences and concerns, we're able to work together with partners to make our communities safer and help young people thrive.
"I would encourage young people, parents and carers to visit their local hub, have a conversation with the team and find out more about the support available."

The hubs were created in response to requests from young people for more support and advice on staying safe.
They offer a safe environment to discuss issues such as anti-social behaviour, knife crime, violence, exploitation, substance misuse, and violence against women and girls.
Chief inspector Rebecca Wells-Cole said: "Providing safe spaces for young people is a crucial for crime prevention, especially at weekends and during school holidays.
"These hubs give children and young people a place to meet friends, take part in activities, and speak openly with trusted adults about challenges they may be facing.
"In safe, supportive environments, children feel valued and are encouraged to develop their talents and interests, leading to positive future choices."
Hubs currently run in Bridgwater on Fridays from 3pm to 5pm at Bold & Brave, Angel Place, in Yeovil on Fridays from 4pm to 6pm at Hollywood Bowl, and in Taunton on Saturdays from 3pm to 5pm at McDonald's on East Street.
