The application can be found on Somerset Council's website under the licensing section or viewed at the Licensing Unit, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House.
It can be seen Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm, excluding bank holidays.
Making a false statement in connection with an application is a criminal offence.
The punishment for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
