A garden joinery company based in Wells has been crowned installer of the year.
Erla Garden Joinery received the 2026 title from rot protection specialists Postsaver for its impressive use of rot protection products and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
The award-winning project, completed for a customer in Street, was a raised timber deck designed and built with Postsaver’s rot protection products to ensure long-term durability.
Aiden Matterface, owner and operator of Erla Garden Joinery, said: "We're delighted to be named as Postsaver’s approved installer of the year.
"Since we began working with Postsaver, we’ve used their products on almost every job.
"We appreciate that the projects we complete are often huge investments for our customers, and we want them to last.
"Being able to pass that guarantee on to the customer at the end of a job gives them, and us, real peace of mind."
Mr Matterface launched the business in 2024, drawing on a lifelong passion for woodworking that began in his grandfather’s shed.

Erla Garden Joinery has grown into a family-run business specialising in garden and landscape carpentry, including fencing, decking, summer houses and bespoke outdoor structures.
The Postsaver Approved Installer Programme has supported the company’s growth by offering preferential product rates, promotional opportunities, and greater visibility through its website and social channels.
