The Elms, a 100-home scheme in Wells, will give prospective buyers their first opportunity to explore the development when sales begin in October.
Located on Elm Close, the development will bring a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes to England's smallest city, just minutes from its historic city centre.

The development is set to include 40 affordable homes, accounting for 30 per cent of the scheme.
More than £840,000 will also be contributed through Section 106 agreements, develpers said, to support local infrastructure, facilities and community initiatives.
Homes at The Elms will feature photovoltaic solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and water and energy-saving technology designed to help reduce energy consumption and household bills.
Plans for the development also include a new play area, landscaped green spaces and an attenuation pond as part of the site's drainage network.
The scheme has been designed to improve walking and cycling connections, with a new access junction on Elm Close, a footpath and cycle lane along the northern edge of the site, upgraded public footpaths and three new pedestrian crossings.
One of the crossings will link to the neighbouring New House Farm development.
Located close to Wells city centre, The Elms will provide access to the city's independent shops, cafe, schools, leisure facilities and historic landmarks, while the A371 and A39 offer connections towards Bristol, Bath and the M5.
