Holidaymakers in Somerset will have two more destinations to choose from next summer, after easyJet announced two new routes from Bristol Airport.
easyJet has put summer 2027 flights from Bristol Airport to Montpellier in France and Burgas in Bulgaria on sale.
Flights to Burgas will begin on May 28, 2027, and run twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
Flights to Montpellier will begin on July 1, 2027, and run twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.
easyJet said it will be the only airline offering direct flights between Bristol and Montpellier, giving South West travellers a new link to southern France.
Burgas sits on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, with beaches and access to popular resorts, while Montpellier offers historic streets, Mediterranean food and nearby coastline.

Seats on both routes are now available through easyJet’s website and mobile app.
easyJet also offers package holidays to both destinations.
One-way flights start at £53.48 to Burgas and £51.48 to Montpellier.
easyJet said the additions will take its Bristol Airport network to 93 routes, including new winter services to Budapest and Strasbourg.
The announcement follows summer 2026 services to Reus in Spain and Thessaloniki in Greece added to easyJet's Bristol schedule.
