Thirty young professionals have been named in Somerset’s first-ever Future 30 list.
The list, launched by Somerset Chamber of Commerce, celebrates under-30s making a mark in business and the community.
It recognises rising talent across the county and highlights future leaders.
David Crew, managing director of Somerset Chamber of Commerce, said: "The quality of nominations received for the inaugural Somerset Future 30 was outstanding and highlighted the wealth of talent we have across Somerset.
"The individuals recognised this year have already demonstrated exceptional commitment, achievement, and potential in their respective fields.
"They are making a positive impact within their organisations and helping to shape the future success of Somerset's economy and communities.
"Congratulations to all 30 individuals who have earned their place in the Somerset Future 30.
"We look forward to celebrating their achievements and sharing their stories."
Winners include Abi Bradley, Phoebe Coombes, and Michael Milburn from Numatic International in Chard; Edward Dawtrey, Amber Hart, and Bryony Hoddinott from Leonardo in Yeovil; and Racheal Gould, Thomas McCullagh, and Kia Pearson from Stephens Scown LLP in Taunton.
The full list features individuals from a wide range of sectors, including engineering, law, marketing, education, and the creative industries.
Other finalists include Quentin Taschini, a self-employed composer from Wells; Izzie Jobbins from Yeovil Art Space; and Paige Whittaker from Dust Till Dawn Ltd in Yeovil.
Winners were selected following nominations from businesses and organisations across Somerset.
An independent judging panel drawn from the programme’s sponsors–Barclays, Elite Staffing Solutions, Yeovil College/NextGen, Hatched Agency, and Stantec–chose the final 30 from a strong field of entries.
The Somerset Future 30 will be honoured at a celebratory lunch on November 27 at Somerset County Cricket Club.
Tickets can be booked via the events listings section on the Somerset Chamber of Commerce website at www.somerset-chamber.co.uk.
The event will bring together winners, sponsors, judges, and business leaders from across the county.
