A new exhibition in Taunton is shining a light on the realities of homelessness.

Let’s Face It! is being hosted at Temple Methodist Church on Upper High Street in Taunton and runs from Friday, October 16, to Thursday, October 22.

The display offers a visual and immersive experience designed to raise awareness and deepen understanding of homelessness and housing insecurity.

Developed by the Methodist Church across the South West, the exhibition has already toured venues in Devon and Cornwall.

It will now be hosted in Somerset.

A spokesperson for the church said: "We believe that by staging the exhibition we are providing an opportunity to raise awareness and improve understanding of homelessness in our communities. It offers a visual and immersive experience to explore the problems of homelessness and housing insecurity."

The event will begin with a concert featuring Rhys Wynn Jones, known as The Night Pianist, who will perform at 7.30pm on Friday, October 16.

Mr Jones has personal experience of homelessness and will share his story during the evening.
