Mendip Adventure has unveiled the activities that will be available at its new lake.
The facility, located in the Mendip Hills, will open in 2027 and offer open-water swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and instructor-led sessions.
The 250-acre site aims to provide a "new and exciting" natural environment for visitors, according to a spokesperson.
The activities were chosen based on feedback from customers and locals.
The lake will be integrated into Mendip Adventure's existing offerings, including its family campsite, Mendip Basecamp.
The company hopes the new lake will enhance Somerset's appeal as a destination for outdoor holidays.
